Veronica's Cleaning

Veronica has been cleaning my home for many years. She is always on time, professional and trustworthy. She responds very quickly and is pleasure to work with. She always listens to my requests. Her cleaning is very good (and I’m very picky). She does a wonderful job, efficient, quick. I never hesitate to recommend her to my friends. Definitely hire her!

I remember when she cleaned the house for the first time, I had a feeling that I had moved into my house again , it looked like new because it’s very difficult for me to keep it clean since I have 2 kids and a pet . Victoria and team were fantastic and thorough! They called when they arrived and when they left as promised. They called to check and make sure we were on the same page on what services I wanted done since I was not home at the time of service. My house is spotless and I couldn't be happier, I will definitely use them again!

She did an exellent job. The house needed a deep cleaning and after she was done it was spotless. Will rehire again and will probably try to get her to clean the house on a regular basis.

Their main focus was on the bathroom that although was clean was not ideal. After two hours they had the place looking like new. I would definitely hire again.

The team did an OK job but lacked attention to details. In a deep clean I expected more attention to the specifics. Some of our cabinets were cleaned but not all and the same goes for the furniture.

It was very difficult to pin down what time they would arrive. It was an empty house and I needed to know what the time frame was so I could coordinate time with window and carpet cleaner. Other difficulty was the cleaning lady spoke very limited engish and it was difficult to communicate with her. I sent as very specific email on location and what work I wanted to have done but she did not quite understand what I wanted and had difficulty finding the house. She was a very hard worker and did a fantastic job. Communication was the big problem.

I hired Veronica's cleaning service for the first time this week, to clean my floors and several other areas of the house. Veronica and another member of her team were here promptly at 8:30 am and finished the job in the timeframe promised. I asked to have my hardwood and tile floors vacuumed and mopped. She got all the dust and cleaned the floors and dirty corners. Also, she cleaned selected windows, all counter tops, appliances, complete bathroom, and dusted the whole house. This was a fairly big job and the team of two did outstanding work. My house is much cleaner than before she arrived, and it smells great! I give it an A+. She and her staff work hard, are polite, professional, efficient, honest, and clearly dedicated to their profession. They provided all supplies and equipment. I will use Veronica’s Cleaning Services again in the future. I feel that Veronica charges a very fair price for her quality work and professionalism. You might be able to find slightly lower cost with some other company; but, you will not find better service and value. Great job, Veronica!

Veronica's Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning my home. They were very thorough and covered all the areas we had agreed on plus even more. Even some obscure areas were cleaned. They provided very nice finishing touches like decoratively arranging the bathroom towels and even folding some laundry I had left on a chair. Items on my messy dresser drawer were neatly arranged. When I returned home the place was almost gleaming and there was a nice and mild pleasant smell throughout the whole house. In short I was very impressed with the quality of work done by the Veronica's Cleaning team.

Very pleased with the work they did. Will use them again, and have recommended them to friends.
