"He was prompt and did an excellent job. He cleaned out the ducts which were extremely dirty from years of heavy smoking. He not only cleaned the clogged dryer vent, which included having to climb a tall ladder, but also explained why it was so clogged--the duct goes through a cold attic which condenses the hot moisture. Great job!!!"
