We used them for the last 3 years as a maintenance contractor. They've been excellent for all time. They keep the soroundings neat and clean. Alwasys pick up after themseves and no complaints at all.

Perfectly. This is a good company with honest reliable techs. There are a lot of HVAC outfits out there. I felt completely comfortable with this company. I've had some unfortunate situations with other companies.

They were great. They told me there was nothing wrong with my unit. The only problem I had was that they cancelled three times, but they had emergencies so I'm not going to fault them for that. He was very nice, he was very good and he did a good job.

It all began with Angies List reviews and a phone call. During this busy time of year I was greeted over the phone with a smile and professionalism. I was not put on hold forever and my request was handled promptly. Thank you for that! The service tech arrived as promised and was very attentive to our questions and concerns. Hats off to that Mr. Stephen Robinette! I would recommend.

They were a little disorganized when they started. They got the wrong system for installation. They were fine. I think they were a little high. The system is working better than any system we have had. We are very happy with it. Had a problem when they got started. They had to pull the original one out, and had to redo it, and it worked out for the best. Still a little of a distraction having to do all that.

Another company quoted us $10,000 to replace the whole system, because the part was allegedly no longer made. Honest AC really lived up to their name!

I would like to pay a little bit less, but I trust them. They come in and do what they are supposed to do. I have a maintenance contract with them. They call me and remind me about it. I am happy with the product. If I wasn’t, I wouldn’t keep using them. They are very nice. They take their trash with them and don’t leave junk lying around. They do what they are supposed to do. They tell me if there is an issue.

We had a fantastic visit with Phil and he did a great job taking care of our ac system which had a condensation line block causing the emergency shut off to engage. He quickly resolved the issue, flushed the system and checked to make sure everything was working great. He was friendly and professional and quickly resolved the problem.
