"They do little to help with the process. You are basically paying to list with the MLS and that's it. You also better be prepared to bring the keybox back in person to get a refund of your deposit. Mine mysteriously disappeared with no records of it existing even though I dropped it off at ups like all of my other packages using their prepaid label."
