"This cleaning service was performed on a rental property. The last tenant violated the lease agreement by having a large pet dog. The pet dog was allowed to run free inside the home. The tenant left without attempting to clean any of the filth or repair any damage her unauthorized pet caused. To get the tile flooring clean, carpets cleaned, sanitized and repaired were going to be a large task. Another issue was the odor left by the large pet. He quoted prices of various services offered. The interior repairs were completed, and Amarillo Steam Team was called to complete the final touches to return the property to a rental state. Rolando and Tanner were the Amarillo Steam Team members who started and completed the job. They conducted themselves very professionally and answered every question asked. Areas needing more attention because of the filth left by the former tenant and her dog did not slow them down. They never let up until they were 100% complete. Everything turned out better than expected and we are very comfortable with the decision to allow Amarillo Steam Team to solve the flooring issue. The end result was better than expected. We know who to call now and will not hesitate."

"Went well at first. They were professional . Made us feel at ease and reassuring. We had to stay at a hotel for a week and would come by our home every day to check on things. The day after our flood , we came home and found the washing machine hose dripping water . It was a puddle , so we put a towel down. The water was turned off so we figured it was in the line. Thought no more about it. Later , Spotless Solutions came back to check on things . With us later and the Insurance adjuster , they accused us of trying to deliberately flood our home. Then proceeded to take adjuster to another room and show that we had a previous flood. Well, since living in our home we had not had a flood , this was news to us.No one told us there had been one when we bought our home.During this very stressful time , they made us feel horrible. To say the least we were devastated. After they finished the job , they sent us flowers and a thank you for your business card. Normally that would have been wonderful. But in our case it only added more insult and injury.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"He cut a hole in the sheetrock which I do not believe was necessary and now has to be repaired. If I decided not to buy the house based on his findings I would be responsible for this repair. Not cool."
