"Eduardo and Reyes Loya remodeled our bathroom removing an old bathtub and old tile from the walls. They built wall nichos, retiled the floor, smooth finish on the walls and painted, replaced an old vanity and shelf, rewired the outlets and adding an outlet for an electric bidet. They installed a new vessel sink and shower . The river walk design on the walls was beautiful. They were professional, honest and not only thorough but detail oriented. They communicated with us from start to finish. They cleaned up after each day and hauled away the debris.I highly recommend them to everyone. "Mike was the lowest bidder. That often concerns me, but in the actual event, he worked around difficult weather conditions to get the job done before winter set in. His crew was professional. The repairs were done correctly and cleanup was excellent. At one point, we discussed a difficult driveway that had not been asphalted because this neighbor is recovering from a devastating financial setback brought on by health issues. This led to a significant erosion issue after every major rain. A trench had developed through the width of the driveway. Mike said he would add in a fix for her drive at no extra cost to the HOA that had contracted with him for the other repairs. I expected a few feet of asphalt to cover the culvert that was crushing and eroding. He actually created a driveway entrance about 30 ft. wide and extending about 12 ft. up the drive. I was stunned. See the included photo. He and his crew went far beyond our expectations both in the work we had contracted for and also in the work he offered to do for out neighbor. "Sergio arrived punctually and analyzed the materials he would need for the repairs. He went to a local near-by hardware store and purchased the necessary sheet rock, which I paid for as it was an extra item. In order to get at the damage, he had to pull off a large 4x4 section of peg-board that itself had been torn. We discussed what might be done to replace,the peg-board but made no decision at that time. I left him to do the work, but when I returned, he had removed the peg-board so carefully that it could be remounted and used again, over the now completely repaired and re plastered damage! He also had spied a crack in the garage ceiling that I had overlooked, and repaired it with tape at his own initiative! Impressive work! I would call upon D&R again for this kind of repair. They also do other kinds of construction work, such as replacing cracked sidewalk or worn driveways."
