Mr. Lopez, of T Stat Heating and Cooling, has addressed the issue and his service people have changed the thermostat - on Monday, August 11, 2025. The service individuals changed the thermostat and monitored its operation - the cooling issue was not resolved. They indicated that they would return on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The temperatures in this area have been in the 100s. In context of this relevant experience it is not just to make a true accessment. Thank you "
