It really wasn't with the technician, the problem was more with the office. The work was done through our warranty company, who told us that we would hear from them in 24 hours. So we didn't hear from them, so we called them. They sent out the technician, who said we were low on refrigerant. He said he would come back in a day or two, so we never heard from them, so we called them. Basically, the girl that had the offer had no sense of urgency, you always have to call them, they won't call you back and she had lost our maintenance order, which is why they never came back. I said that I needed them to come back soon, which they were supposed to, and they said that it would have to be the following week. So it really was just the girl in the office. So I finally got upset over everything, she got irritated with me.

I don't know the total job cost as my insurance company paid for the furnace, but the service was excellent. Daniel and assistant came out as soon as the insurance company got in touch with Ideal and evaluated the problem. It was determined that the furnace had to be replaced. First American Home Buyers Protection Corp. purchased the furnace and had it shipped to Ideal Climate and they came out to do the installation today. It took about two weeks from the time the furnace was ordered until it was installed. I only had to pay for the ductwork that the insurance company doesn't cover. The technicians are very knowledgeable and pay close attention to all the details. It took them about two hours to install the furnace. They went over the features with me and tested the furnace and thermostat before they left. Nothing was left undone. They also did a super job of cleaning up afterward. I will use Ideal Climate for all my heating and cooling needs from now on.
