"The work went great. This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a contractor. The quality of MountainSide's work and customer service was outstanding. When MountainSide evaluated my project, they took the time to listen to my concerns, discussed different options for completing the work, and gave me a detailed, written estimate. Unlike the other contractors that gave me estimates, they advised me upfront that part of the work required a city permit - I checked and they were right - and took on the responsibility for getting the permit and complying with all pertinent city ordinances regarding the work. Their work crews showed up on time and did a great job. They were polite and efficient and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. More importantly, the quality of their work was outstanding and they cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day. Finally, MountainSide's customer service was outstanding. "Service provider arrived on time to my residence. Carpet tech was very professional and asked if I had any high traffic areas that required pretreatment. Tech pre-treated all areas of concern and went over pre-treated areas twice with the carpet machine. I have a lot of carpeted areas in my home and have used several big commercial companies in the past to clean my carpet and to be honest this was the BEST carpet cleaning company that I have used. My carpet looks like new and all areas cleaned dried within a day. This company employs skilled carpet techs that are professional, knowledgable, and provide excellent customer service.
