Harold took a great deal of care in his work and was very thorough in all aspects of the job. Before starting painting, he was also very open to my ideas, and or suggestions. Throughout the job, he communicated anything that needed to be changed or addressed along the way so there were no surprises. Also, I felt him to be very honest in all his dealings with me.
