"Outstanding contractor with hardworking and talented staff. JM Maintenance Contruction surveyed our 30 year old lawn and garden sprinkler system, identified deficiencies, and brought it up to standard in one day. Now we have even water coverage throughout the lawn and garden areas. As to the stone and gravel work, JM Maintenance refurbished our extensive xeriscape and driveway areas with quality gravel. The color selections were excellent and the JM team worked tirelessly, wheel barrel by wheel barrel to apply the gravel evenly, smoothly, and well compacted. Our hats off to the JM Maintenance team."

"Great service. Abran arrived on time, was very polite and did an excellent job of installing my ceiling fan with a light fixture attached. Fair price for service. I will recommend and hire him again."

"The technician arrived promptly.  We walked through the house to look at what was to be done, and I provided him with a written list (which I never saw again). The actual patching was very well done, but the texturing on about half the patches was not very good. I felt the need to remind the technician about some of the patches, and I had to touch up about three of the deeper patches later. Cleanup was reasonably well done with a broom and dustpan, except for one of the patches where there were bits of old drywall left on the floor. After I vacuumed, all was again in order.  I had the feeling that the quality of cosmetic work became lower as time went on.
In summary, the structural part of the patches was very well done, but the cosmetic part of the job was not.

"This was the third company I hired. They came with a great attitude that they would find our problem, and they did just under one hour. The other companies never did find our problem. They were very professional, exacting, and never gave up until our AC was working perfectly. I would most assuredly hire them as my home electrical company."

"The work went well, the best part was John did a really clean job. He walked me through his thoughts on how the job was going to be done. It was nice, he actually gave me his step by step so that I understood how it was all going to work. Sometime you don’t get that. He checked out the power source and then started the job. Didn’t take long at all. I would recommend Electrical Power Solutions LLC. You’ll get a complete and clean job!"

"Cam was great, fast, knowledgeable, professional. Will definately use service again if needed!"
