"They did accomplish the job, but did not seem very knowledgeable about electronics and how they are wired.  Father and son operation, and the son knew a little bit about how to hook up my various peripherals, but I had to direct regarding some of the hook-ups.  They did a professional job of the through-the-wall wire installation, but left a minimal amount of "play" in the wires, I so have difficulty cleaning behind the cabinet in which my devices were hidden, or accessing the rear of the devices.  But it all works now, and the Angie's List Deal was inexpensive.

"Overall it went well. We had a few date/day changes that worked out though I stress when I need to adjust my work schedule. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. "They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.
