After casually mentioning the dead plants the gentleman told me that they take care of that too so I hired them to replace the Landscaping which was done within 3 days. He worked through pretty steady rain shower dug the holes planted all the plants make sure that the drip heads were properly placed make sure that my sprinklers were operating properly and the two timers were set properly.
