He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. The base was laid to perfection and each block is continually checked for plumb once placed.  Leo makes sure everything is done correctly.  He periodically cleans his tools and the surrounding area. The wall is coming together beautifully!.  I'm confident  that wall will be here for many years.
