"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Help is a simple phone call away. Think of us as EMTs, but for your heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system.

"If you want great quality and a decent price but are ok with very unreliable customer service, then go with Aire Serv. Aire Serv did great quality work on repairing, crafting and installing improved ducting for our central air system. Our A/C is working better than it ever has at quickly cooling/heating our house. Unfortunately it was a nightmare trying to arrange a date and time for the maintenance. I have to schedule time off in advance in order to be home during the day, but every time they tried to schedule the installation it was very short notice, and through email which they did not respond to for usually a few days. It took about 5 emails and a few phone calls, and they were only able to schedule the install when I told them I was going to go with another company. Again, if you want great quality work and are willing to wait for the maintenance for almost 2 months, then go with Aire Serv."

Thomas became an Army officer in 1984. In 1989, Thomas earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at El Paso majoring in Finance and Marketing. From 1989 to 1997 he worked in Los Angeles, Austin and Albuquerque in various capacities as a regional manager for a hamburger chain and also a convenience store chain. In 1997, Thomas earned his Master in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico majoring in Production Operations Management. Upon completion of his MBA he went to work for Intel Corporation and worked in the purchasing and sales departments. In 2000, while working at Intel he returned to UNM to work on his Master of Engineering degree concentrating in Structural engineering. He checked walls for moisture and other indications of possible mold. Although he did not think there was mold based on his examination, I opted for air samples to make sure. The initial evaluation was free - cost was for the air samples and analysis. Analysis of the samples in the lab showed that there was not a mold problem. Shawn helped me troubleshoot for other possible sources of the problem."
