"They used a paint sprayer at first and the portion of the fence looked great. Then I guess the wood was to dry so they switched to a paint brush to conserve stain and it wasn’t as nice but ok."

Him and his team were very polite and friendly. (Despite the horror inside) They took out all of the trash, broken fixtures, and even the carpet. And then cleaned the whole apartment!!
