I consider them expensive, but appreciated that they bring their own planet friendly supplies and that they are insured and bonded. They regularly did a reasonable cleaning job, but they do not do what I what call a deep cleaning, wall to wall. Occasionally small things broken, usually, not always acknowledged, as an Angies list reviewer noted, left "turned over". And then, last cleaning, a valuable disappeared. I did not notice it right away, as I do not to an inventory every day. It was in the master bedroom closet, and though I cannot prove they took it, no one else has access to that area of my home. When I called Christy, she told me that had never happened before. Not true based on at least one of the reviews I saw. Also, she was almost too ready with a response when she told me to file a police report, which I did. Needless to say, I would not recommend them."
