"Everyone was very kind, professional, understanding and helpful in our installation.  We ordered motion equipment for 2 homes and then decided we needed different types of sensors.  We purchased a package and also one for my 90 year-old mother.  There was no problem returning and reordering what we needed.  I like the system because my mother can understand how to use it.  We put the app on her phone and she does just fine.  Took a little time to learn, but she is good now.  I have turned up the sound on the panel and she can hear it even without her hearing aids.  I customized the sounds so she knows if it is a door, window, or garage door opening.  We were with Protection One and paying $50 with only door sensors and 2 glass breaks and no announcements of what was opening.  We are paying less now and have more sensors (windows, doors, glass breaks).  Plus, it tells us where the entry is.  We really like the systems and so far it is working well.  The alarm is a lot louder than I thought it would be--you wouldn't sleep through it!  We got a Panic Button for my mother, which can be used in the shower, and she feels much safer having that.  There is no extra charge for that.  You could pay almost as much just for that (panic button) as the complete monitoring package we purchased.  Have not had any alarms or problems yet, so can't speak to that.

"The car was pretty dirty to begin with, and then an entire gallon of hot apple cider spilled inside...all over the front and back seats (fabric) and floors, mats, doors...even in the folds of the stick shift cover. It was too extensive for me to clean, so I searched Angie's List for a car detailed. Meanwhile, I had six towels covering the entire inside of the car so I could drive and others could sit without sticking to the seats! Complete Mobile had good grades on Angie's List, and I liked the fact that they would come to my office, so I called them first thing Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to adjust their schedule and come to my workplace that same day. Adam and his associate spent almost 4 hours on the car (I also had them rejuvenate the headlights) and the result was amazing! While I was working inside, they completely overhauled the inside of the car and restored the headlights so they looked brand new. (They also washed the outside of the car as a courtesy, which was greatly appreciated!) I was extremely impressed with both the professionalism and experience this company showed and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
