"I cannot praise this business highly enough! My swamp cooler died on me, so I called PHC on Friday, they had a technician out at my house to look at my system and give me a free estimate by the following Monday. I was able to order the swamp cooler I wanted, and have it installed by the end of the week. It was very affordable, and everyone I talked to throughout this process was pleasant and professional, and they took the time to answer any questions I had. I will be going to PHC Systems for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future."

"Mr. Stressler was very easy to work with, and he did everything asked of him. His work met all of my expectations and specifications. Should I need any further remodeling, I would not hesitate to call Mr. Stressler. In category below asking for dates of service. But due to my travels, work was done in increments: master bath, kitchen, guest bathroom, and then in June a one day outside job in which a new door was put on a storage unit, and my security door was given a new coat of paint."

They just installed a luxury vinyl plank on a second home - it was expertly installed - the concrete under the carpet needed leveling - I could not be happier with the results - Alberto does a fantastic job of forecasting material needed also and is very flexible working with customers - I would highly recommend AH Properties for any remodeling job - I've used them for a variety of projects."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
