"I had problems with them. They did it for me last week and they actually attempted to over charge me substantially and I just got off the phone with the office manager. We worked that out and I said you know the advertising he was running on Angie's List was very deceptive I thought and he did not mention what the full price was and so I believe On Angie's List he's mentioning it for I believe the price was like for $52.17 for $100 of work, he actually attempted to charge me $550 for it. I spent about half an hour talking to the office manager and  \he did not realize I guess on his side that it was very deceptive and I explained to him that in my own house I actually had two other vent cleaners clean out my vents during the past six months and both of them charged me roughly $100 for the job, and so I was expecting the same price roughly and so I was shocked when I got the bill in the mail. He got some minor work on it and the total cost he was trying to charge me was $750. But when I finished talking to him he understood where I could have misinterpreted what the deal was and so I told him myself that he probably need to go with the person who is actually running the ad for Angie's list to verify how much the service cost, what it entails and all that stuff, because it was extremely vague."

"We had used Budget Climate Control on a previous occasion to clean our vents, so decided to take advantage of this offer to get our toilets checked.  The company was very prompt in responding to our initial purchase and on the day of the service they arrived at the early side of the window given to us.  The technician was very polite and very responsive to what needed to be done, and listened to all questions giving very informative responses and suggestions.  The toilets are now working well and we are no longer wasting water.  A job well done!  We would certainly use this company again as they are up front with the customer and do not try to do anything that doesn't need to be done.  Would certainly refer them to our friends and neighbors.

"The tech arrived between the hours stated. I was able to call him to find out a better idea of what time other than between 3-8pm. He wore a mask and shoe caps was very polite and helpful. He was unable to fix on the first visit because he did not have the part available but said he'd be back on Friday. I called him on Wed since I was off work to see if he'd be able to fit me in. I received a call back and he was able to do the actual repairs then. The dryer works again wonderfully. I did request from Choice if he'd be able to inspect my duct work and check out my fridge but Choice ever got back with me."
