The ladies had to come out two days later because of weather but they were at my home promptly at the time we had rescheduled for. They had all their supplies and were ready to get to work after I gave them a few instructions as to what I wanted. They did an excellent job on all the kitchen appliances and counter top. A lot of my furniture have glass tops so they required more work then regular dusting might but they did a very good job getting the finger prints, dust, etc. off all of my furniture glass tops. All the furniture in all the rooms were dusted and don't show a trace of dust.
I have laminate flooring so I gave them a Shark Steam Cleaner to use. I had pretty much already done the swiffer cleaning ahead of time so all they had to do was take the steam cleaner to the floors, but that still requires a lot of their time. Especially since I have a three bedroom home (1,700 sq. ft.). I'm pretty particular about my floors and they cleaned them just as well as I could have! Also, I have three large mirrored areas; two over the bathroom vanities and one in the office room which are closet doors. These were cleaned from top to bottom and look great!
I enjoyed the ladies little special touches with the Kleenex boxes. They put two tissues together to make a little flower bouquet like effect; also triangles on the toilet tissue-ends was a nice touch.
I must say, I was a little disappointed that weather prevented these ladies from coming to clean on the day requested and at the time I thought I might not use them again because they would have to come from Santa Fe and because there is always the chance of weather delays. But after seeing how well they cleaned my home, I would certainly use the again.

If you’re on a tight budget, the least expensive material you can buy for DIY closet shelves is chipboard, a.k.a. particle board. This inexpensive material is made from a pulp of sawdust, resin, and glue that’s pressed together under high temperature and pressure. As you can imagine, it’s not very sturdy and might buckle under your blue jean collection, so you should only use it if you’re storing very light items.
You can design your own closet, but it’s usually better to hire a professional to do the work for you. Not only will you get years of design experience to guide you toward the right layout and material choices, but you’ll also only pay slightly more hiring a professional than you would creating your own plans and hiring a carpenter. A high-quality closet designer can provide insight into how to lay out your closet, and they may be able to find you a good deal on the carpentry or complete the work using an affordable, in-house team.
Tiny house living requires creative solutions to the one biggest issue: space. Many people in tiny houses find life most manageable if they practice minimalism. Eliminating excess items and clutter makes the living space feel bigger, which can be a significant mood booster. It can also be challenging to get utilities arranged for a tiny house, and building and zoning codes can and often do present unique challenges to overcome.
Most packing services take 4-12 hours, while unpacking may take 1-2 days, depending on volume.
Bedrooms and living rooms generally cost the least to remodel. Of course, the project price will depend on what you're planning to do to the space and the cost of the materials you choose to incorporate. Prices are typically lower than those of other remodels because major plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work isn't often part of remodeling these rooms.
