The manager spoke over me instead of listening to my concerns and tried to intimidate me with threats. I suspect he bullies his employees, as well. When he spoke of the technician whom he blames for failing to inform me of the payment policy his words were ?believe me he has what?s coming.? Furthermore, Roger tried to teach me how financial institutions function. I am a woman and do sound younger than my true age over the phone but it was not until I shared my age and profession with Roger that he changed his condescending tone. "
