"We had Babcock build/move a few walls, move our boiler, and move some electrical so our washing machine/dryer could be moved to another room. There was tile flooring done as well. The initial part of the job was fine. But when the subs were involved, things got out of control. The electrician decided to do some things in our boiler room without running it by us. Then a guy adding our dryer duct work decided to do something we explicitly didn't want done. That was fixed, but the more we looked, the more we saw the subs doing whatever they had to do the job quickly, not cleanly. Here we two years later and I am still finding sub-par work - things that make it look *I* did the job on the fly, not a "professional". Examples - the plumber cut out some copper tubing that was part of a heating zone. Rather than copper it back together, he decided to use PEX on a line whose water gets to 200F, above the rating of PEX. He insulated it, however, so one couldn't readily see what he did. Today, admittedly 2 years later, I go into the roof space and find the electrician installed some junction boxes and decided to leave them on the floor. Very quality job work - definitely show up on the next home inspection. Overall Babcock and brothers seemed fine. They choice and oversight of the subs was poor. If you go with them make sure to spec everything out that the subs will do, otherwise they will do it wrong. Fortunately we had them do a relatively small job before a possible kitchen remodel. Glad we didn't have these subs handle a bigger job that needs quality"

"My tub to shower conversation was just completed yesterday. I couldnâ t believe that it only took two days. Victor and Allen we so courteous and well trained. And everything was covered and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. And best yet, my shower is absolutely stunning, and will be so much safer to use than the old soaker tub. The entire process was very professional and caring. I would recommend Dreamstyle to anyone considering any remodeling project."

"Very satisfactory outcome for remodel of master bathroom. Crew achieved our request to retain/re-use original cabinetry. Very good quality of workmanship. We selected all of the tiling (porcelain & LVT), fixtures, tub, sink, commode, faucets, and other hardware. The shower glass/glazing sub-contractor did a quality job. The AAC contractor and his crew were responsive to questions and requests/concerns throughout the process. Installation of the kitchen/pantry/powder porcelain floor tiling was very good (this project was not part of the original scope, and the contractor accommodated the significant change). For the garage work, the crew did a very good job with getting the garage back into code compliance. The installation of the water heater was good and -- considering the stand and a larger heater -- avoided a loss of clearance into and accessible space in the room. All of the work passed every code inspection, without any hiccups. The only negative was that a few and relatively minor "loose ends" weren't finished, seemingly due to schedule demands."

"The communication with the estimator who presented a complete written estimate, and with the workers was excellent and consistent throughout the project. I found that to be most satisfactory. The kitchen cabinets were refinished excellently, the counter top required special fitting and turned out beautifully. All the completed project with its many parts was addressed and completed to my satisfaction. Additionally the cooperation in use of masks and care of the working space was very well addressed. I would recommend this company. And if I needed any future work I would use them."

"We contracted Nerek’s Painting to prep, stain and finish coat new woodwork in our home. We found them to be timely, courteous and professional throughout the bidding and scheduling process. Their bid was extremely reasonable compared to the other bids we received. Rogelio showed up each day exactly on time and did excellent work. He was respectful of property and was always willing to do whatever was needed to insure we were completely satisfied. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others and intend to contract them again for an exterior painting project."

"I had gotten probably ten bids. The guy came out I was comfortable with him. He had more knowledge. When they came out to do the work they were on time. Clean and courteous. When they were done I paid the rest of my bill. I will probably do another bathroom with them after all of this has cleared up."

"Mr. Stressler was very easy to work with, and he did everything asked of him. His work met all of my expectations and specifications. Should I need any further remodeling, I would not hesitate to call Mr. Stressler. In category below asking for dates of service. But due to my travels, work was done in increments: master bath, kitchen, guest bathroom, and then in June a one day outside job in which a new door was put on a storage unit, and my security door was given a new coat of paint."
