Very thorough and provided excellent service. Not only did the technician clean the dryer vent, there was excess vent tubing behind the dryer that he removed to improve dryer efficiency, and he installed a new vent cover on the exterior of the house.

They did do damage in tearing it apart. They did not communicate to me clearly what they were going to do. My insurance paid most of the expenses but the clean up service caused extensive damage that they did not have to do, my insurance company also had to pay restoration to fix the damage....
