They took down walls and reinforced floor joists and installed header beams. All throughout he was professional and so easy to work with. He has a fully comprehensive showroom- one stop shopping! He even does his own stone counter tops, so no waiting long stretches for another contractor. A big renovation requires putting a lot of trust in your contractor.
