The person who was contracted to do the work was very pleasant as well as thorough as he drove a machine that pulled up the concrete. He was able to finish in the "nick of time" (before colder more unpleasant winter weather set in). The overall estimate for a new patio itself seemed quite high (esp with a stone staircase). So- I opted just to go with this co. for the demolition part, and I was pleased. They also leveled the ground and installed a new gutter pipe which went underground to the edge of what would be a new patio area. Thank you very much!"
