Ken and his guys were great. During the patio installation of about 380 square feet they had pitched the pavers away from the home. I usually get a little water by the basement stairs but after getting the pavers that has stopped the water from entering. We will be using them for other hard scaping projects we have in mind in the future.

Good quality and reasonable pricing.

We actually originally liked his work, and were considering using him again for another job. However, about a week after he finished the job, we noticed a leak just under the area where he did the work. We had to call him repeatedly over three weeks before he came back to check the problem. Then it took him another two weeks to send someone to fix the job. Now it's a few months later, and the leak is still there. He won't return our phone calls at this point. So he does good work, just hope he doesn't screw anything up because he won't take responsibility for it.

Actually, I had a demolition done of the concrete on our patio. (and demo, too, of a huge tree stump and root in the middle, which had pulled up sections of concrete). The person who was contracted to do the work was very pleasant as well as thorough as he drove a machine that pulled up the concrete. He was able to finish in the "nick of time" (before colder more unpleasant winter weather set in). The overall estimate for a new patio itself seemed quite high (esp with a stone staircase). So- I opted just to go with this co. for the demolition part, and I was pleased. They also leveled the ground and installed a new gutter pipe which went underground to the edge of what would be a new patio area. Thank you very much!

The work was top notch and the wall looks great. The communication could have been better and providing samples of choices available could have been better.

His customer service is great! He deserves more than 5 stars! Great attention to detail and we are always satisfied.

I would definitely recommend and use them again. They take pride in their work, solved my problem and did a great job! My only complaint was that there could have been a little more communication regarding the project starting date, and the project status as the work was being done.

Ken provided two quotes for the retaining wall. One quote saved me a substantial amount of money while maintaining the look I wanted. The installation is top notch and was completed in less time than I thought it would take. I would definitely use Ken again and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

The retaining wall was a Keystone block wall, not concrete as listed above. Ken made a timely site visit and provided an e-mail quotation that was competitive with two other estimates. The work was top notch and my only complaint was a one week delay in sodding the retained area. In fairness, I contributed to the delay by not being around on the day that feedback was desired on the completed wall.

Ken was super nice and informative, we will have him do all the projects eventually, putting the money together so we can get it all done.

Ken responded immediately to my request through this site. He came to my place of residence inspected the work to be performed, provided well discussed options for me to consider and then emailed a detailed quotation for me to review and approve. The work was started ahead of his anticipated start time bu a very friendly and professional crew. The retaining wall was completed on time, within budget and it looks EXCELLENT. I will be hiring him again in the spring to lay some sod and new plantings! Thanks Ken!

Ken has done numerous jobs for me, including a paver walkway, driveway and last one was a patio. Quality of work is very good and I am happy to be lightly over budget to get the results that I wanted. Reliable and fast.

Ken came right out. He listened to what I had to say, which is refreshing. He gave quite a fair quote, broken down by sections so I could decide just how much to spend on my property overall. Finally, he sent a crew of 3 within a week to do all of the work. They did an excellent job, and, I feel it is money well spent. I will definitely be hiring Ken again when money permits.
