"Michael and his staff at Above All are phenomenal. It is nice to experience a company that is all about 100% customer satisfaction in today's day and age. I have a summer rental property and my tenant advised me there were ants in the kitchen. Michael had a technician there THE SAME DAY. The next afternoon, my tenant said the ants were worse. I called Michael and he said that it's not unusual for the problem to get worse in the immediate term because the bait attracts the ants, who then bring the poison back to the nest. Typically, the problem improves soon after that. But he pointed out that he knew tenants paid good money to enjoy their vacation and he scheduled another technician come out the next morning, a Saturday. Being a changeover day, the tenant departed early to beat the traffic off of LBI. I met the technician at the house and, of course, there was no sign of ants. The bait worked just as Michael said it would. But the technician wanted to make sure I was confident the problem was solved since I had another tenant coming in that day, and he treated and baited the property again. I got to observe this time and it is an extremely thorough treatment that they do. Under the house in the crawl space, outside the house, in the kitchen, around the kitchen and bathroom under sink plumbing, under the dishwasher, behind the stove. He even located the nest. And what did this all cost? Nothing! I have a contract with Above All to treat quarterly (at a very reasonable price), and there was no charge to eliminate this problem, despite my offer to pay for their prompt and duplicate service calls. "Anthony called me the night before. Called the next day at approximately 11:30 AM said he was 20 minutes away actually arrived before scheduled Appointment. . He quickly searched the exterior Identifying the entrance area of the Hornet. treated the exterior area of the house where the Hornets were spotted and the perimeter of the house at a very reasonable price. He also identified the trails that were likely causing the issue. I now have a 90 day warranty on the work performed. He will call back on Monday to see if I see any activity in treated area.Actually treated areas that were not his responsibility.  Very quick and professional service. He treated the exterior area of the house as if it was his own. "He arrived on time and performed his general pest control service. It went really well and we are satisfied with the treatment."

"Provider arrived on May 15. They placed and baited Hav-A-Hart traps under the front steps, and said they'd be back every day or day-and-a half to replace the bait. Charge was $225 (included a $25 Agnies discount) plus $75 for each animal removed.
Things seemed to go OK for the first week, but then we noticed the bait wasn't being replaced regularly. We had been away for 4 days over Memorial Day weekend and when we returned the we saw the bait had not been touched by man nor beast. I called them and they came our and replaced the bait (originally they used Twinkies and later cupcakes) with cracked-open cans of sardines. The bait was not touched for a week, at which point they came back and pulled the lids off the cans. For the next few weeks I don't know which was worse, the smell of the skunk or that of the sardines. Towards the end we actually preferred the smell of the skunk. At least it didn't draw every fly from miles around. I would have at least expected them to trap our neighbor's cat.
Finally, on the morning of July 4, we noticed the traps were gone. No note, no phone call, no notice of any kind. I called and left voice mail saying I noticed the traps were gone, please call me and let me know what's next. Never heard back.
This provider's service was not good. They are particularly non-communicative. The only time I heard from them was in response to a call from me. We were provided no status (other than what we could glean for ourselves, i.e., no skunk in the trap) and like a roving carnival, they packed up their stuff in the night and left town.
Meanwhile, our neighbors across the street had a groundhog ravaging their garden. They put out a trap baited with apples and caught the critter in one day.
Maybe this provider doesn't know how to deal with skunks, although you'd think they'd have told us that. Their order form lists several types of animals that could be checked off. "Skunk" had to be written into the "Other" entry, so that tells me they don't (want to) do skunks very often.
By the way, we still have the skunk. Any takers?
