"Great. Musaddiq was quick in response, kept in communication, knew exactly what needed to be done. He even spoke to the flooring company I used to do my floors. All parties were on the same page. "Easy to work with, he clearly knew what he was doing and has a lot of experience. The whole crew was generally upbeat and courteous. They were on time and professional and even went above and beyond my expectations in some areas. I really appreciated that.
My only complaint was the cleanup. It was supposed to be completely ready for painting, but there was still quite a bit of sanding that needed to be done. And I wish I had prepped better before work began to avoid such a mess.
Also, I was expecting to pay with credit card (as advertised) but they informed me the day that work was to begin that they couldn't accept credit cards right now. So that required some last minute shuffling that cost me extra finance charges.
Overall I thought they did a great job. I recommend them but suggest going over their work carefully before they pack up and leave.
