"As always, Nick did a wonderful job! This is our second time hiring nick for a project. He is always prompt, courteous & does a great job. He is trustworthy and honest, which can be difficult to find in a contractor. We recommend him to all of our friends and family needing a job done in the area. He previously did a full kitchen and bathroom remodel for us. This time, we hired him to extend out our small closet to make a walk-in closet. He finished the whole project in one weekend, and really only came back one evening to paint. We have awkward sloped ceilings and Nick did a fantastic job making it look like the closet was there the whole time! Highly recommend Nick & Green Gable Contracting!"

"As a professional interior designer it is very important that I work with other professionals who take pride in their work. Keith and his crew recently completed two jobs for me and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Keith was in constant contact with me and kept both projects moving forward on a timely basis. Keith is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Built-Well Builders."

Matt's communication throughout the process was outstanding, keeping us informed and at ease. I highly recommend Prestige Design & Build for anyone looking for exceptional service and unparalleled results."

"It was a pleasure to work with Luis and his team. The team paid attention to detail and responded immediately to any issues I identified. Luis worked closely with my architect to ensure he followed the plans as envisioned. He handled all permitting and we passed all inspections. My entire renovation took several months and while the process was not without inconveniences, Luis made the process extremely manageable. I highly recommend Luis. He is a contractor you can trust and he is extremely pleasant to work with. I would do it again!"

"Really nice job on this! We?ve done a lot of kitchen and bathroom remodels at APEX NYC Construction Corp, and it?s always great seeing quality work like this."

"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"Cesar and his crew just finished a remodel of my master bathroom. This is the second major project completed in my home by CSZ (prior kitchen remodel) and once again they exceeded my expectations. Cesar worked with me along the way to come up with the perfect design to ensure all my requirements were met. He is knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. The CSZ crew, Armondo and Benjamin were also a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of each work day. My dog even loves them! I highly recommend CSZ Construction. They will most certainly be back for future projects in my home!"

"Lilco was a great company to work with! They are easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions and concerns. They are reliable and trustworthy. My kitchen and bathroom came out better than I could have imagined. I couldn’t be happier and hope to be able to remodel my other bathroom in the near future."

"Emile is a great contractor and I highly recommend him reservation to anyone looking to upgrade or do a home renovation project. He helped us renovate our primary bathroom (completely, down to the studs and completely changing the layout), created a main floor laundry room, and an extra bedroom. Emile provided a comprehensive estimate, which was accurate, and he finished the entire job within the agreed upon time frame within the estimate. His crew were complete professionals, polite, and did excellent work. We could not be happier with the results and our new spaces. The rooms are beautiful. He went above and beyond in all respects, even when I decided to make changes to the design along the way, he was able to roll with them and told me how much various options would cost and other pros and cons of those options (tiling the whole bathroom vs partial, heated floors or no, different types of fixtures, etc)."
