"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "They were very nice and professional. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was that my son’s room was sort of a brighter green color and I found areas where they had missed the second coat. However, they came right back and fixed it. Overall, I thought that they did a fine job. We spent about $3400, but we had the entire interior of our house done. They did a very good job. I would recommend them. They were two brothers and they had some other guys that worked with them. One of the brothers had gone home to Argentina at one point and I wasn’t sure if he was coming back. If they are still around, I would definitely have them back."
