Price was reasonable and competitive to other quotes we had before starting. The majority of the job was done by Niko and Rick. Anthony assisted on the demo and Tio in the final touches (last day). Rick was there promptly each morning. Niko stayed late each day. They both work very well together. They give explanations and advice in what their doing to educate us while honoring our creative wishes. They value quality work instead of rushing the job. Niko makes sure he is there on site as well is respectful of our home and truly both nice contractors. It ran a little longer than planned; it happens in renovations. However, it was well worth it . Hiring for our next project and most likely all projects."
