We had one of those vinyl surround walls in the bathroom with no bathtub.  Since we have a little one, we needed a tub and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We also needed a wall moved in our son's bedroom to give the room more space and lastly needed our kitchen tiles re-done since they were all loose. We got an estimate awhile before starting the renovation.  Jeremy came and gave us an estimate.  A few months later, we called to let him know we wanted to begin work.  
The work took longer than anticipated because we used special order tiles and did not get enough the first time and later found out they were back ordered.  Jeremy and his team were very accommodating and worked with our schedule.    
At the completion of the job, my husband and I were very happy.  We did blow our budget by changing things quite a bit but we love our bathroom now and get tons of compliments.
We would use them again for future work.

It was completely gutted and a wall was removed. They installed new cabinets and hooked up my sink and garbage disposal. It went very well and we are very pleased with the finished product.

After living through projects that felt very messy and interruptive - even in the rooms that weren't even part of it - I was hesitant to do more. I looked for a contractor that would be respectful to the fact that we had to still live in the house and J. Cottingham lived up to their promise. Very clean process and impeccable results. Their workmanship accounted for all the 'old house' challenges without losing quality.

Jeremy Cottingham was recommended to me for some projects I needed to have completed in my home.  He was responsive, showed up on time and very professional.  His pricing was very reasonable.  I recently had a lot of remodeling on my house and there were a few items that my last contractor did that needed to be redone.  Jeremy re-made some attic storage space doors that blended right into the walls.  They came out amazing!  He also opened up a closet and installed bifold doors.  I was so happy with the job he did I contracted him to finish off a cabinet that my original contractor left undone.  I was more than satisfied with the results! It came out beautifully..I was more than satisfied!  I plan to use Jeremy to do a custom cabinet work and shelving around a fireplace I am having installed.  I have no question it will come out great.  I highly recommend his work.

The entire project was completed on time and within budget. Throughout the work week, J. Cottingham provided project progress updates informing me how everything was moving along. At the completion of the work, my home looked beautiful, he had done an outstanding job. He also cleaned up the residue from the old materials and left my home looking great. My wife and I were very satisfied with the final outcome. Will definitely contract J. Cottingham again for future projects.
