"Wilburs did an excellent job on my floors and walls. I worked with Danny Salas and his crews and they did a fantastic job. My home had textured walls on the first floor and stairway. Wilburs skim-coated all the walls and repainted. They did a great job; you can’t tell that the walls are not the original surface! They also replaced the crown molding in all the 1st floor rooms. Danny was very helpful in deciding on the size of the crown molding and the end result looks great. Wilburs also redid the hardwood floors and stairs by sanding, staining and putting on polyurethane. They did a great job. The crews were professional yet friendly and they cleanup up after themselves really well. Everything they did turned out great and the pricing was very competitive!"

Within a couple of days, I received the estimate for replacing broken sash cords in 2 bedroom windows; replacing tiles in one of the bathrooms; fixing a torn screen door on the terrace deck and the big project was patching up the walk-in master bedroom closet ceiling that was damaged from a water leak from the above condo as well as repainting the whole closet. Miguel worked around my schedule on the days that someone would be home and I can't thank him enough for the prompt, professional & quick service. He completed all the ceiling patch work, painting, tile work in 1 day. "Excellent and positive experience from start to finish.Nick Murante, one of the owners came by and we did a walk through and
he gave me an estimate for the paint job as described above.  He honored Angie's list $300 discount.  Carpentry repairs were billed at $40 per hour plus labor.  His crew boss, Julio, worked with his wife and two other family members.  They were extremely reliable, arriving at 8:00 am sharp, stopping at noon for a half hour lunch and working without a break until 5-5:30 pm.  They cleaned up the job site every night and were very responsive to all my questions and suggestions.  If I found any areas of the house they missed it was immediately taken care of.  The job was scheduled in a timely fashion and done within a week (we were blessed with a week of sunshine).  The house never looked so good!  They really worked hard to prep the house properly so the finish coats would lay smoothe, and decrease the likelyhood of chipping in the future. I'd hire them back in a heart beat for any further work.  They also provide a 4 year warranty, plus they used a very high quality Sherman Williams paint (Resiiance).
