Saturday, I put out a general request for quotes. Rafael Jimenez, the proud owner of AMJ Contractors was the first to respond and here within the hour. I explained my current financial situation and if only the absolute bare minimum be done. Before he went on the roof, I asked if he knew anyone in need of a huge air conditioner. I needed it out so I could put my new little one in. As I walked him to his truck. He looked at me and said, if you are available on Monday, I’ll come back with a helper. Only pay me for the roof supplies. I will fix your roof and put in your 3 air conditioners. I was stunned Tears flowed Two days later, My 3 air conditioners were installed with thick plywood from his shop. Next on my roof for hours with big smiles!! "Absolutely outstanding! We had a new roof put on about 3 years ago by another company and a few months ago we noticed water marks on an upstairs bedroom ceiling.
