"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need."

"An amazing experience for my landscape lighting. From sales to scheduling to installation... All around a terrific experience and one that we’ve become used to with Tanzer. In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. If you're looking for a landscape lighting and/or irrigation professional, they're the BEST!"

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"We had Vango come and clean my filthy tiles...they look brand new! The two brothers worked very hard and was able to get my tile back to it's former glory. I especially like when I asked to seal the tile and they told me it was an uneeded expens They did a beautiful job on my rugs and the entire house smells amazing! "We actually got an estimate for the bathroom about 9 months before going ahead with the work.  When Tom came to look at the bathroom again, he stuck to his original estimate.  We added some other jobs that needed to be done, and they charged a fair price for all the extras, with no surprises.  They were courteous and professional, arrived on time and did a great job.  The bathroom is beautiful!  We're waiting for new kitchen cabinets to be delivered, and they will install those as well.  We would recommend All Phases without hesitation.

"Mark did a fantastic job of installing the new dishwasher. I'm in a 70-year-old building, with 35-year-old kitchen counters. Getting the dishwasher to fit into the space and run properly required a lot of imagination, and Mark figured it out. He's a professional and his work is excellent. While he was working on the dishwasher, he also upgraded some of the kitchen plumbing, so now we're in great shape. He's a real professional!"

"They were fantastic.  They listen & were careful w/ my elderly disabled father's apt., and when there were problems, they coped without complaining.  They had to deal with a completely different installation, a shock to us because it was the same bldg. Different wall materials, layout, etc.  They helped us find solutions even apologized when they could not find a way in one room but had several suggestions for needed materials. They will get the job when I am ready to fix that room.

"Lisa & Saul's team did an excellent job in remodeling our apartment's 1.5 baths and refinished wood floors in a timely & very professional manner.  They were extremely timely with their workers and always cleaned up fully when each day was completed.
1st remodel was upgrading electric & plumbing in both bathrooms to current code.  They helped pick up our new cast iron tub for installation as well!  No issues with inspections and the process went very smoothly.  Once work began the progress went very quickly.  The end product when all was finished looks incredible.  We decided to have a soap box installed in our shower and one of the workers recommended instead of using all tile within the soap box that a marble saddle for the bottom of each soap box would look better.  We took his advice and went this route and couldn't have been more pleased with the way it turned out!
After the bathroom work was completed we hired Lisa & Saul's firm to rip up tile floor that was from our front entrance down the hall.  They ended up having to cut out all of the subfloor and put new bracing underneath and installed new subfloor as well new hardwood floor in the area.  After that was completed floors were sanded and stained a color of our preference.  All saddles were able to be cleanly removed and really left the final product incredible.
We would definitely recommend Platinum Carpentry!  We plan on getting our apartment doors replaced with new steel doors in the near future.
