"Great people to work with. Done on time and to budget with high quality work. We had some unusual and complicated tile choices and the team installed without complaints. Noel and Marvin helped with insurance claim too which was very helpful."

"James and his team did a complete renovation of a townhouse that had been neglected over many years. Tear-out of old flooring and fixtures. Installation of new laminate flooring, new paint throughout, new light fixtures, complete new bathrooms, complete new kitchen and exterior painting and power washing. All word was done professionally and thoroughly and at a fair price. We worked together on planning and acquiring the materials. They are very easy to work with and they got the job done in a timely fashion."

"Cesar & his team were such a joy! They painted the interior of my home beautifully. Worked quickly, were so kind, & paid attention to detail. I?ll be using Cesar for all future home work!"

"We have had DDP (Dariusz Pardo and his great crew) do substantial projects for us since 2015 - interior painting and kitchen remodel for my motherâ s condo, exterior painting of our house - so when we decided to do a major refresh and renovation of our house, DDP was our first choice. That was a smart move! After much discussion and thought, we agreed on an expansive project list. * New kitchen: cabinets, quartz countertops, crown molding, ceramic backsplash, porcelain floor, ceiling and under-counter lighting * Replace hardwood floors (rip out hardwood, screw down sub-flooring, install and finish new flooring) * Replace interior doors (19) and door moldings * Replace all baseboard moldings * Build new Pantry and laundry room closets and remodel all other closets * Family Room: Design and install new in ceiling lighting, and install new laminate flooring * Replace all electrical switches and outlets, and install several new outlets in kitchen, bedrooms and family room * Fix creaky stairs * Adjust step height of several stair steps * Paint every room and closet, which required resurfacing of many areas that had deep cracking/peeling of 60 years worth of paint. * Design and install plumbing for a new water softener system, and install system * Install new natural gas Hot Water Heater including leak detector with automatic water shut-off. Along the way, Dariusz made numerous helpful suggestions and incidental improvements, driven by his high standard of design and desire to deliver the best possible results. The projects took about 13 weeks to complete - pretty quick for all the work that was done. The end result is spectacular - we have transformed our tired old house! We are delighted with our new home! Friends and family who have visited are amazed at how beautiful everything is, and how many improvements were made to make cabinets, closets and other spaces much more useful. The kitchen tops the list. We LOVE our new kitchen! It looks beautiful and all our friends and family agree. In fact, a cousin who visited in October told me that she â covetsâ our kitchen - and that is passionate praise coming from a pastor! Bottom line: donâ t hesitate to engage DDP for any project. Darius Pardo and DDP Construction LLC are the absolute BEST. Our friends who have also engaged Dariusz say the same thing."

"Nick is a caring, people and project focused contractor who knows how to get the job done quickly and effectively. He works well with seniors and helps find solutions to the most puzzling problems. He was a life saver for me because he came on the weekend and charged reasonable rates. I look forward to him resolving other repair problems at my home. Thank you Nick for a job well done."

"I had a ceiling fan replaced and several light switches changed throughout my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. The work was completed efficiently, everything was installed correctly, and the area was left clean when the job was finished. The new ceiling fan works perfectly, and all of the switches were replaced without any issues. I appreciated the attention to detail and the clear communication throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and treats your home with respect. I would definitely hire them again."

"Jorge was very professional and super helpful walking me through the details of the work that I needed completed. He and his crew did a wonderful job and were thorough and efficient with everything that needed to be done. Definitely would highly recommend him and his crew. I definitely will hire him again for more projects around my home."

"Bryan was awesome! He put three pieces of furniture together for me. All had electrical components to it. He also dismantled and unloaded all of the furniture that was here already. This was all after a fresh 4 inch snowfall. He was dedicated and friendly and made sure everything worked and was to my liking. Additionally, communication with A1 was exceptional and they were very reasonably priced. I would 100% use them again. My son is so happy for his new bedroom setup and my back is so happy for my new standing desk. Thank you Bryan and A1 Construction!!!"
