He clearly knows what he’s doing, coming fully prepared and applying a strong understanding of measurements and placement to get everything just right. If you want the job done correctly the first time, he’s the person to hire. Beyond his technical skill, Mike is professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. His pricing was very fair, especially considering the complexity of mounting a 100-pound TV on an exterior wall. That’s not an easy task, and he handled it with confidence and care. They offered design ideas that we hadnâ t considered (half glass shower wall and floating vanity) which really made the final product look stunning. They went above and beyond in so many ways: they saw there wasnâ t insulation behind our babyâ s nursery and installed it, they added an extra outlet in a bedroom while re-doing the electrical, they vacuumed at the end of every day and had a temporary plastic wall to keep all the dust from getting to the rest of the house. They were reliable and communicative every step of the way. And we always felt comfortable with them in our house (even during COVID when we were working from home) .
