Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. This is commendable particularly in this era where cutthroat business practices are commonplace. I highly recommend Basement Gurus. "Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. Overall I am satisfied with the job, In fact, we recommended them to our neighbors who hired them to do their siding this Spring."

"I called around 9:30 AM Friday and someone immediately answered. I was given a number to send a photo of the window for an estimate and an appointment was scheduled for 2:30-3:30 that afternoon. Communication was great, we did everything via text, and they even let me know when the technician was on his way. Rick arrived at around 2:30 wearing a mask and was done in less than an hour. They were very accommodating, professional, and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them and hire again. Oh, and do yourself a favor and call the number listed here instead of going through Angi's List "Request a Quote" option which is unreliable IMO. I tried that first on Thursday, waited 24 hours to see if I would get a response, and only got an email from HomeAdvisors which is now teamed up with AL. Just go straight to the source."

"predatory sales person. lied to me to run my credit, he made me think this was direct financing, i found out within 3 days it was not. i tried to cancel, they took the call, said o.k. but kept calling me to schedule window installation. now they are suing me to force me to allow them to install there windows. this place is disgusting"

"At first I rated them a 5 but they had me put in a review before the job was even completed. They used old tarp from previous jobs. There were debris all over my bedding and furniture from the old plastic tarp. If they needed new tarp I would supply them. Who knows what the previous projects had in their homes. I didn't notice till after they left. Yes, you definitely will need to vacuum. Which I expected, but not having to wash all bedding and vacuum furniture. The windows look good, but it's so much cleaning afterwards. So when they say you'll never notice they were there. Was not true at all. One of my bushes in the front were also damaged and trampled on."
