"This was a big project for my wife and I.  We were very concerned about the overall cost and the structural integrity of the house foundation as the basement was being excavated.  Jerome and Damon did an outstanding job for us and made sure we were comfortable with the entire process.  Damon was especially attentive -- he is thoughtful, intelligent, resourceful and provided excellent service and advice.  The few problems that came up were dealt with quickly and I am extremely happy with the result - a clean, dry work space with a nice flat floor.  
95% of the job was completed in 5 days.  I am still amazed by this given that all the excavated material and the new concrete was handled in 5 gallon buckets exclusively.  The other amazing thing was how much the crew actually enjoyed the work; I wish I had as much fun on the job as the Select Basement crew - that tells me that Jerome treats his people the right way.

"Teki was great, he came when he said he would, explained the work he would do a breakdown of the cost and was one of the most reasonable priced contractors I met. He did some additional cleanup for no additional charge and even saved me some money by noticing that I had some loose bricks which reminded that I had a pile on the side of the house which I totally forgot about. He rebuilt 2 brick steps completely and installed new limestone top and installed new limestone tops on 2 other steps and put no concrete as well as reinstalling all the railings. Would definitely recommend and hire again."
