"The wooden bench seating that wraps around 3 sides of my oversized deck and the wooden lattice behind it -- which were installed by a previous homeowner -- were starting to fall apart after many years. I wanted to replace them with exactly what had been there before. When Jeff Bowen came to look at my deck, seemed very knowledgeable. He showed me how he could make the benches sturdier than they had been before, with the same clean look. He and his team were extremely punctual every time that they showed up. They were quick, professional and did great work. They were very neat, too -- they removed all of the old, rickety benches and lattice and didn't leave one errant piece of wood lying about anywhere. I'm so pleased with the look of my new benches and lattice, and I know that they aren't just attractive, they're sturdy enough to last for many years of outdoor entertaining. Also of note: Other contractors had suggested that I upgrade the project when they gave me estimates, and I appreciated the fact that I didn't feel pressured to change my vision when Jeff Bowen came for an estimate. He listened to what I wanted, said he could do the job and executed it better than it had been in the first place."

"We used TBI back in 2005 ish?? Not exact on the year but we were and still are very satisfied with the work they did for us on our front steps and walkway. In replacing the front steps they discovered we had another issue and that needed to be resolved before they could continue with their work. They could have said nothing but instead Bill Taylor pointed out the issue which could have cost us alot more money down the road.. and all these years later we still appreciate the job TBI did for us.. the pavers and front steps are still in great shape thanks to Bill Taylor's high standards and great work ethic. Things like stair replacement, trying to get us to install 2 sump pumps + a second electric panel. Regarding the pumps, the plumber actually recommended against the 2 pumps as he was able to connect all of our window wells to a single pump, also eliminating the need for a second panel. They also installed low quality hi-hats as our lights continue to flicker and pretty much told us that it?s normal and nothing can be done. Lastly, the workers left our unfinished area a mess at the end of the project- leftover debris and our furnace a water heater were left covered in dust. If you don?t mind feeling price gauged and having your concerns not taken seriously, this is the company for you. "
