The shower walls and floor look amazing. It was even noted by the shower door installer that the tiles were perfectly straight. Something he rarely sees in older homes! We set another day, but he did not show up that day, nor did he respond to my many calls. He ghosted me until I went through Anji's intervention process. He promised to come again in the future, but by them I had lost all confidence in his returning. I never got the job adequately done."
