"They came on time, explained what was to be done (I had met with their arborist prior to this -- so it was confirmation of the excavation, removal and planting), they worked very hard, took care to protect my lawn, cleaned everything up on my property and around the house -- all in record time. They showed up as scheduled despite an intense thunder/lightning storm; they waited until there was no more lightning danger and worked in the rain until dark to remove two huge trees next to my house. They returned with the stump grinder early the next morning to eliminate the stumps, remove the large trunks from the previous day, prune a number of other trees, chip the smaller limbs and cut the larger ones into firewood-sized logs for me, and then did an incredible job cleaning up my roof and yard. They also laid down plywood on my lawn to protect it from the heavy equipment. All this for a price that was 60% lower than the highest quote I received and only slightly more than than lowest quote (from a company that didn't have the same stellar ratings as Woodland and wouldn't have been able to do the work for 2 more months).
