"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "The job started out well but then deteriorated due to several errors, mistakes in measuring and finally refusal to do one of the things listed on the proposal. Time and money was wasted due to mistakes. He also attempted to charge us at the end of the job for things that were either included in the proposal or that were not authorized. Maybe he was a good contractor in the past but not in our experience. Also, one person, who is not the owner, does all the work. It takes a long time for the work to get done - luckily we were not pressed for time as the work was done during the winter in a summer seasonal home."
