The floors were under old carpet for 27 years. There were some areas of staining from spills that sat in the carpet and dog urine stains in a few places. All TV coaxial cables were run through holes that were drilled through the floor in each room. Doctor Dustless sanded everything, plugged up the holes and stained the floors a dark walnut and finished with a satin sheen Bona HD traffic. They look like newly installed floors. We are happy with the service and the result and I would use them again."
