We made our mind to use his team because he made us feel comfortable to work with. We are 1st time home-owner so finding a contractor who has the patience for us and the knowledge to walk us through decisions when buying materials are very important. James is the one met our requirement. We have 5 bedrooms 2 baths. It took about two months and half to finish because certain materials we ordered did not arrive on time. During the renovation, there were unexpected issues that James discovered, but he was always able to figure out a solution that falls into our budget. "Bryan was awesome! He put three pieces of furniture together for me. All had electrical components to it. He also dismantled and unloaded all of the furniture that was here already. This was all after a fresh 4 inch snowfall. He was dedicated and friendly and made sure everything worked and was to my liking. Additionally, communication with A1 was exceptional and they were very reasonably priced. I would 100% use them again.
