"The carpet was a nightmare, 4 doors, six corners, a cut out for linoleum, and an immovable desk. Several ridges to be stretched out. The carpet was at least 20 years old. They gave me a reasonable estimate, explained how to prepare, came at the appointment time, finished in a few hours, and did a great job. I had a pet at home who was not frightened.
