After he reviewed the tax records while on the phone with me and then took the time to also quickly appraise other similar properties to ours, he called me right back and told me that a new appraisal would not yield the result we would need to appeal or reduce our tax liability. However, he did ascertain that the property did indeed have a discrepancy in the tax assessor's square footage and recommended that we call him and ask them to come out to remeasure.
