I hired Schubert Appraisal, LLC. Abe Schubert responded virtually instantaneously, showed up to perform the appraisal same day I requested assistance. He completed and delivered the final appraisal, also same day. The price for his services was far better than others I shopped that later responded. He exceeded all expectations, responsiveness, professionalism, the final product. Not sure if I was just lucky, but more probably he is just that good. No, he is not family, never met him before, but calling it as I see it, he deserves a great review.
