He answered my husband's questions promptly before we contracted him to do the work. Of course, we won't know for sure how good the flashing repair was until next rain/snow storm. By the way he offered to clean my stuck up gutters while he was up on the roof and later repaired my disconnected down-spout, I have confidence in his quality of work."
