"Modern did a thorough repair job including significant structural repairs on 2 levels of the home.   They documented their work extensively in photos (at my request) for any future  homeowner.  Modern was careful to tape off non-work areas of the home (for dust control) and they protected my newly redone hardwood floors with full tarp covers.   They cleaned up when job was complete and even repainted repaired areas.  They were proactive and treated for termites in one area, in case they returned!  I consider myself to be a discriminating consumer, Modern's work was superb.

"Anthony called me the night before. Called the next day at approximately 11:30 AM said he was 20 minutes away actually arrived before scheduled Appointment. . He quickly searched the exterior Identifying the entrance area of the Hornet. treated the exterior area of the house where the Hornets were spotted and the perimeter of the house at a very reasonable price. He also identified the trails that were likely causing the issue. I now have a 90 day warranty on the work performed. He will call back on Monday to see if I see any activity in treated area.Actually treated areas that were not his responsibility.  Very quick and professional service. He treated the exterior area of the house as if it was his own. "Had a family of 2 adults and 6 kits living under my deck.  In the first 3 days, they trapped the mother and removed a kit which had fallen into a window well.  Tony knew that the mother was the key to getting the family/families out.  Once the mother was removed, the second adult and 5 kits left and never came back.
I obtained quotes from 4 vendors - $1000, $900, $750 and $450 (AAA quote).  When Tony came back to remove the remaining traps, he told me to forget about the remaining payment.  Not a bad price for solving my problem.

"I'm very pleased with them. They were very prompt. They also have a downspout for one of my gutters that was down during the storm. They came immediately. Their service is immediate. They're a little expensive. Just to come to repair the downspout, they said it would be $175 just to come out whether they repaired or replaced it. I was kind of desperate. I thought that was a little expensive. He was out there for 10 minutes but he's good. They're good, thorough and fast. I will use them again. I called them not for the roof. I called them for another reason and while they were up there, they noticed that there were some shingles missing. He told me that it was only a matter of time before water started to come in to the house. They told me on doing the whole roof again. I'm planning on doing my whole roof again later this year, maybe on August. That's going to be a huge purchase, that will be $9000-$10000. I'll get a few other estimates too. I plan on using them again although I do think they're a little bit expensive. They may be worth it. They charged a flat fee. They do a lot of other things. They tried to sell me on a pest control. He noticed an old rodent trap in the back. I told him I didn't need it right now. They do interior and exterior pest control and a number of other things. The service is fat and its good but its expensive."
